Who we are

cqr.cx is a project of CNTS, a customer-experience analytics company based in Sofia, Bulgaria. EU/EEA controller of record under GDPR.

What we collect on this website

Anonymized, cookieless analytics via self-hosted Matomo (analytics.kazva.bg) — page views, referrer, screen size. No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking. If you submit the waitlist form, we store the email address (required), GTIN (optional), and company name (optional) so we can notify you when cqr.cx is ready.

Where data is stored

Static site assets and analytics: Cloudflare's EU data centers. Waitlist data: Google Workspace (EU region) and Resend (EU). No data leaves the EU/EEA without GDPR-compliant safeguards (SCCs).

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — exercise any of these by emailing hello@cnts.bg. We respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (КЗЛД).

Every waitlist email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from the list immediately.
